I've never considered myself a foodie, and I'm only a passable cook and baker, but I'm enthralled by Cook & Tell! This Valentine's Day, Becky will still be recovering from surgery. I'm thinking of making honey-grilled salmon and baked potatoes.

Such a lovely post, Amie! I love that snap of you and your Mom on Valentine’s Day - very special.

Here we’ll be having Prosecco, rib-eye steak and veg followed by plenty of cheese! Perfect! ♥️

Good to know about the Maine shrimp. It's so hard to know how to eat ethically these days!

What a fun post!! We'll probably have, like we have had many of our 27 years together, a homemade pasta with a homemade sauce that we cook together! Yes, there will be wine!! Happy Valentine's to you Amie!!

It really is so touching how you are sharing memories of your mom and her work. Very sad about the shrimp population.

I wondered if Dave had something to do with this; mum made some offhand referral to “David S” in her original recipe! All in the family for sure.
